As per title. A work in progress (well, hardly started) so I wouldn't want to be too critical. A prize for the first person to find out where “climate change” is located.
It is an unusual choice to place the topic at that point in the outline, suggesting that climate change is entirely atmospheric in nature (and effects). I also found it surprising that "climate policy" is a sub-topic there, rather than under "...and society". But as you say, it's early days.
