Time for some more ducks. But no, it is a gull pretending to be a duck! I wonder if it would be delicious.

I wonder if this answers your question.And then there's this.Apparently, they are protected under the Wildlife & Countryside Act (WCA) 1981: "it is illegal to intentionally injure or kill any seagull, or to take, damage, or destroy, an active nest or its contents".
